Poster Exhibition - New: ePoster
All posters will be shown in digital form as ePosters. The ePosters will be available for viewing at the terminals in the "ePoster corner". There will be NO printed posters.
The ePoster will also be available on the congress homepage in the section >Program >List of ePoster

Joint Poster flash Session SSI & SSHH - Thursday, 10.09.2026, 17:15-18:45
In addition to the ePoster some Posters have been selected for a short oral presentation during the Joint poster flash session SSI & SSHH taking place in the lecture room.
=> Presentation time: 5 minutes (4 min. + 1 min. discussion)
=> Presentation format: 3 slides
=> Focus: 1) What did you do? 2) What is the take-home message?

SSHH: English, German or French (whereof English presentations are preferred)
SSHH Poster Viewing - Thursday, 10.09.2026, 12:15-13:00
The SSHH poster viewing will take place at the SSHH Poster Corner.
Besides the Poster flash presentations which take place in lecture room, authors will present their ePoster which is uploaded on the congress website. The presentations will take place in front of the ePoster terminals. Chairperson will moderate the session.
=> Presentation time: 1.5 minutes
SSI Poster Viewing - Friday, 11.09.2026, 11:30-12:15
The authors of SSI are asked to be present in the poster area near the ePoster terminals.
SSHH Innovation Session - Thursday, 10.09.2026, 11:00-12:15
Some of the submitted abstracts have been selected as an oral presentation for the SSHH Innovation Session.
=> Presentation time: 8 minutes
==>> Last slide should be entitled: What's new and contain the information of innovation in the project.

Technical information
- The lecture halls are equipped with laptop and beamer.
- We ask the speakers to save their presentation on a USB memory stick and deliver it to the organizers in the lecture hall at latest during the last break before the session.
- Please prepare your PowerPoint presentation with an aspect ratio of 16:9.
Further important information
Please note that at least one author must be present at the meeting. The presenter is not automatically registered for the congress. Hence, don't forget to register online via the congress website for your participation in the congress. Please note that reduced early bird fees are available until August 10, 2026.
Furthermore, we recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible to have an unlimited choice of hotel categories and accommodations.
